Troposphère 2.0 pitch is a first glimpse into an Afro-futuristic science fiction project that reimagines the Democratic Republic of Congo’s space conquest and history. Blending speculative fiction with historical reflection, it invites audiences to rethink our relationship with technology while offering a re-reading of Congo’s past and the current state of the art.
• Pierre-Patrice “Pépé” Kasses is a Brussels-based artist whose practice spans music, dance, and theatre. Originally trained in graphic design, he later gravitated towards performance through Brussels' queer cabaret scene. His work interrogates power dynamics, questions of legitimacy, and the coloniality embedded in contemporary artistic practices.
