L’argent qui disparaît
Dans notre économie mondialisée, l’argent est devenu immatériel et insaisissable, une abstraction. Comment créer une chorégraphie pour quelque chose qui perd sa forme physique ? A Speculation traite de notre relation physique à l’argent. Nos préoccupations au sujet de l’euro ne sont-elles pas juste une tentative de ralentir le temps, de chérir un objet partagé avant sa disparition irrévocable ?
• Alors qu’elle étudiait la biologie moléculaire et la génétique à Ankara, Begüm Erciyas a participé à des projets de danse en Turquie. Plus tard, elle a étudié en Autriche et en 2006, elle a rejoint Sweet and Tender Collaborations. Ses spectacles ont été à l’affiche de Tanz im August (Berlin), à Hambourg, Rotterdam, Zurich, Istanbul... La première de la création A Speculation a lieu à Berlin et deux semaines plus tard, on pourra voir le spectacle à Bruxelles !
